WordPress.com hosting and platform data

ExpatTurtle is currently hosted on WordPress.com. Automattic may process technical and usage information needed to provide hosting, security, site statistics, subscriptions, comments, advertising on eligible free sites, and related platform services.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact ExpatTurtle, report an error, leave a comment, or subscribe to updates, information you voluntarily provide may be processed so the requested feature can work. Depending on the feature, this may include your email address, display name, message, comment, subscription status, or the article URL you report.

WordPress.com can use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, site statistics, subscriptions, and advertising. ExpatTurtle does not currently claim to operate a separate custom tracking stack beyond the services provided through WordPress.com unless that changes and this policy is updated.
